AI TRAINING FOR TEAMS

Your Team Doesn't Need More AI Hype. They Need Skills That Stick.

Hands-on generative AI training – delivered on-site, customized to your workflows, and designed to build creative  confidence (not just awareness).

Is your team ready for AI?

Take the quiz for your readiness result.

Sound familiar?

Falling Behind

Competitors are using AI. Your team is watching from the sidelines—or experimenting without guidance.

Policy Paralysis

Leadership wants guardrails, but no one knows where to start. Fear of doing it wrong keeps everyone stuck.

Training That Didn't Stick

You’ve tried webinars and self-paced courses. Staff watched, nodded, and went back to doing things the old way.

Uneven Adoption

A few early adopters are thriving. Everyone else feels left behind—or overwhelmed by the pace of change.

The Future of Work

Practical AI Training That Meets Your Team Where They Are

Generative AI is changing how work gets done—but most training misses the mark. It’s either too basic (here’s what ChatGPT is) or too technical (here’s how transformers work). Neither helps your team actually use these tools.

The Future-Ready Teams AI Bootcamp is different. We work with your real workflows, your actual tools, and your organization’s policies. Participants don’t just learn about AI – they practice using it, critique what it produces, and build confidence to keep experimenting after the training ends.

This isn’t a self-paced video or a lecture.  It’s a hands-on workshop where everyone leaves with skills they can use immediately.

AI Training In Action

How the program works

Every engagement is customized, but most follow a three-phase structure designed to build lasting capability—not just a one-day event.

Phase 1

Strategy & Alignment

Pre-Training

We start with a leadership conversation to assess readiness, align on goals, and establish AI policy foundations. You'll identify the right participants and set expectations for what success looks like.

Pre-Training

Includes: Change readiness assessment, AI policy starter template, leadership alignment session

Phase 2

Immersive Bootcamp

Half- or Full Day Training

The core training. Participants learn by doing—prompting, critiquing, iterating, and building. Small cohorts (25 or fewer) ensure everyone gets hands-on practice and personalized feedback.

Hands-On, On-Site

Includes: Foundations & ethics, tool labs, workflow analysis, mini-projects, reusable templates

Phase 3

Sustained Adoption

After Training

Training doesn't end when the workshop does. We offer follow-up support to reinforce learning, troubleshoot challenges, and help you scale what's working.

After Training

Includes: Refresher webinar, optional staff expansion training, ongoing resources

What To Expect

AI Training for corporate teams that starts with you.

On-Site & Customized

We come to you. Training is built around your industry, your tools, and your team's actual workflows—not generic examples.

Small Cohorts, Big Impact

25 participants or fewer per session. Everyone gets hands-on time, real feedback, and space to ask questions.

Hands-On, Not Hype

Practical skills, honest conversations about limitations, and confidence to experiment responsibly.

Facilitated by a Real Human

Led by Dr. Jordyne Carmack - 15+ years in communication and education and a knack for making complex ideas accessible.

We’re tool-agnostic. Most trainings include ChatGPT, but we also work with Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and industry-specific tools like MagicSchool (for education). We’ll help you explore which options make sense for your organization.

The core bootcamp is typically 1-2 days on-site. Many organizations also include a pre-training strategy session and post-training follow-up support. Shorter keynotes or half-day intensive programs also available.

We keep cohorts small—25 participants or fewer—so everyone gets hands-on practice and personalized feedback. With larger organizations, the bootcamp can be offered multiple times.

Our bootcamps are designed for on-site or hybrid delivery. The hands-on, interactive format works best when we’re in the room together, but we can discuss options for distributed teams.

Yes. Many organizations start with a leadership strategy session or a single-day workshop before scaling to broader training.
